Dramatic title, I know, but I'm referring to a debate I had on Facebook this evening, which started from a status a page had done stating that the government should stop sending aid over-seas, and use it to help those in our own country. I don't believe this for one second, however this point had already been made, so I felt no need to get involved. When I did get involved, however was when peopled started to claim no-one in this country deserved help. This is absolutely untrue, people die on Britain's streets everyday. I would just like to emphasise the fact that aid should not be distributed based on geographical location, but by who needs it most. Check it out here:

London anti-cuts protests
Very late, I know, but I only just got started with my blog, and I need somewhere to start off, so here it is. They were fantastic, and if anyone gets the chance to attend another one later on, I wpuld definitely reccomend it. Everyone has a sense of together-ness, you feel part of something bigger, like you're all united by one injustice. I truly believe that together we can stop the injustice of those most vunerable in our society being abandoned by our tory government. So let's do something- rise up!
The insane policing! Not to mention the load of armed officers outside Downing Street!
This just says it all really, summed up in 2 words.

And so it begins...
Hello everyone and welcome to my political blog- artificial-equality. I'm centre left wing, anti-cuts and anti-tory. I'm very politically active and want to keep people updated from the point of view of an average guy with no journalistic pressures. I hope to have more posts coming soon, please follow me, and I won't dissapoint. I suppose I'll have some serious posts and some hopefully more light-hearted ones, time to rock.
